Mobile App v1.4.0 Update

The 4th major release of our mobile app was released on the 9th September 2024. See below for the full release notes!

New for listeners:

• Artist profile swipe navigation – Listeners can now use simple swipe gestures
  to navigate between artist profiles from their recently viewed,
  collection, and favourites list.
• Favourite genre push notifications – By setting their favourite genres in-app,
  listeners can receive push notifications to occasionally inform them
  that there are new relevant artists to be discovered.
• Design enhancements – We have improved the layout and styling on most pages within the app.
• Improved animations – Additional animations have been added to the app to improve the experience for all users.
• Added haptics – The mobile app now supports touch vibration feedback,
  resulting in a more tactile response to interacting with buttons and
  other features within the app.
• Various bug fixes

New for artists:

• Track preview uploads – Artists can now upload audio files directly on the
  mobile app. This means that they will no longer need to sign into the
  web app to add new track previews to their profile.
• Advanced stats – Artists on the bronze tier or higher have access to the
  advanced stats page within the app, which gives them a day by day view
  of impressions, profile views, seconds streamed, and favourites over a
  30 day period. Additionally they will have a view of each track’s
  performance (seconds streamed, streaming/marketplace link taps).
• Artist country/city selection – Artists can now personalise their profile
  further by selecting their city from the artist account page on the
  mobile app. This appears in various screens to listeners including the
  results, profile, and favourites pages.
• Improved artist profile management experience – The artist account page has
  undergone some minor design and layout improvements, making it even
  easier to update artist profiles on the go.
