The 5th major release of our mobile app was released on the 26th January 2025.
What’s new in v1.5.0?
New for listeners:
- [NEW] Recommendation Chains – Listeners can now share tracks with friends in-app by using a horizontal swipe or long tap gesture on a track from an artist’s profile page. Once an initial recommendation is sent, a new recommendation chain will be set up between listeners. This appears in a similar format to social messaging platforms where the recommendations will be displayed in a message feed, which allows listeners to preview the shared tracks and react using pre-defined emoji buttons.

- Various bug fixes
New for artists:
- [NEW] Recommends statistic – Artists will be able to see the new statistic on their profile management page within the mobile app. This gives them an insight into the amount of recommendations made between listeners of their music.
